Should Soulspartan Keep Blogging…Or Not?
Hello Dear Readers…
Been awhile since I posted, and I’d love any feedback on if I should continue the blog or not.
It’s been a blast over the last seven years, but it isn’t easy to find the time.
Nevertheless, I want to honor the Lord Jesus & spread the Gospel in any ways possible.
So let me know if you have any thoughts…
Thank you! π
Yes, you should keep blogging. I needed what you wrote about altars of remembrance about five years ago. Thank you for being faithful.
Thank you for your encouragement! π
Powerful words. I’m encouraged by your writings.
Thank you so much…humbled and encouraged to read your comment. Thank you! π
Yes, please keep blogging. The Holy Spirit ministered to me through your posting of psalm 121 and God being my Shade. It was very encouraging and I really needed that encouragement this morning. God is using you to expound on His word and itβs a blessing.
So blessed to read this…humbled that the LORD blessed you through some of the posts. Praise the LORD! π
I really liked your article on Practical Ways to Introduce Others to Jesus. Compared to BillyGraham.org, I thought it was superior π
Yes please – I shared some of your comments on YET with staff this week
in a christian school
Thank you! π
Dear Soulspartan,
Yesterday I did a Google search for βdistaste for sin scriptureβ and your blog article βRecovering A holy disgust for sinβ¦β was the first link that came up. This was in preparation to lead the confession time in our prayer meeting last night. My search flows from what God has been revealing to me about my own disgusting pride and unbelief, in spite of being so good intentioned and avoiding most of the common external signs of such heart problems. A quick read through your article this morning convinced me that βyes!β You should keep writing and posting as the spirit leads. I canβt take time now to explore your site, but I will definitely be digging deeper into this article and others already posted.
Thank you for your vulnerable faithfulness in βshining the spotlight of your life on Jesus.β
Gratefully,
Ruth
Thank you so much for your kind and encouraging words! Praise the LORD! π
Most definetly continue your blogs. This morning at 4:30 AM I was up, couldnβt sleep, heavy hearted from receiving word a friend went to meet God yesterday. She had fought a brave battle with cancer and God finally in taking her pain YET gave her a new life! While reading in my Bible and my devotion from Streams In The Desert, August 10th, the word YET struck me. Sure itβs a conjunction but what does it mean. In Googling the definition and a little researching I ran across your blog on the word. Thank you for that wonderful writing. No doubts whatsoever God was using you 6 years ago as He was this morning. God bless you, may His countenance shine upon you and may He strengthen you with words of wisdom for teaching through your blogs.
Thank you for your kind and encouraging words! Praise the LORD! π
Hello, thank you for posting. The Lord is bringing to my remembrance so many ways, He helped me overcome. I am going to write them down.
I just came across your blog as I searched for the word Yet and the Lamentations passage. It is excellent! I would like to quote a portion of what you wrote in a project I’m doing. How can I ask for your permission?
So sorry to not respond sooner! Please feel free to quote any article on my blog. π all for the LORD’s glory and fame!
I found your article on altars today. It could not have been more timely and relevant. I had finished reading Genesis 8-9, and started reflecting on what an Altar was, and what our modern day version could be / might be. After reading your articled, i’m reinvigourated and committed to identifying and buidling altars in my life to pay homage to the lord for his many and continuted blessings and savings. I also realied my business was at one time dedicated as an altar to the Lord, but i have not treated it as such. If an altar is a sacared and holy place, then i have some work to do cleaning up the cracks i’ve alllowed in.
althogh your posts may have stopped for now, its sufficient to know that Gods connection to people is still being facilitated by your “altar”, this soulspartan.com.
Thank you for your encouragement!!!
Hello I came across your blog on the story of Isaac and his sonβs Jacob and Esau truly loved it so well written and explained. I what is familiar with the story since I had read it In the Bible. Was googling Esau and his role in the middle east and came across your article. And then I saw that in 2019 where you asked your audience if you should keep blogging not sure if you stopped or kept writing but I hope you did. ππ»
